Paint Pouring in Art!
Art Teacher JoAnne Lancellotti’s most recent project for the students was “Paint Pouring.” First, students chose 3 colors. They then either poured their paint through strainers onto the canvas, or poured puddles and rotated their canvas. Each is an abstract design created independently by the student. This project fostered confidence in making choices, encouraged independence, practiced following directions and motor skills, and the students experienced pride in the finished product. Beautiful works of art!
