4/23/21 Kid's Heart Challenge - The Gateway School

4/23/21 Kid’s Heart Challenge

Kids Heart Challenge (this year’s version of Jump Rope for Heart) brought our students to the field to rotate through five activity stations – sack races; cornhole toss; soccer drills; Bocce practice; and jump rope and hula hoops. Today the Gateway School raised over $500.00 for the American Heart Association. We send our deepest thanks to Katherine Grey, mom of one of our amazing students, for her fund raising efforts, and helping us with this great achievement!
The chilly spring weather was invigorating everyone enjoyed being outdoors.  Thanks to all the staff  who monitored stations and participated with the students. And a big SHOUT OUT to our great Gym Teacher, Mr. Craig Haberstroh.
